1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information that you provide to us, including: your name, email address, phone number, commercial driver's license (CDL) number and class, endorsements, employment history, and emergency contact details.

When using our driver portal, we may collect pre-trip inspection photos, document scans (registration, insurance, medical cards), equipment condition notes, and digital signatures.

We also automatically collect basic usage data such as pages visited and device type to improve our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: provide and operate our freight and logistics services, manage driver profiles and fleet equipment, process pre-trip inspections and compliance documents, communicate with you via email or SMS, and comply with DOT and other regulatory requirements.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.

3. Service Providers

We use a limited number of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf to operate our services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify:

Resend — transactional email delivery (receives your email address to send verification codes, notifications, and account communications).

Cloudflare R2 — secure cloud storage for uploaded documents and inspection photos.

Vercel — website hosting and privacy-preserving usage analytics (no cookies, no fingerprinting).

Twilio — SMS delivery for phone-based verification codes.

We do not share your personal information with any other third parties, affiliates, or partners for their own marketing or business purposes.

4. SMS Communications

If you provide your phone number and consent to receive SMS messages, we will use this information solely for the purpose of sending verification codes and service-related updates.

You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages.

Your phone number is shared only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering messages to you.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Uploaded documents are stored in encrypted cloud storage with access controls.

Authentication uses one-time verification codes (OTP) — we do not store passwords.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services and comply with legal obligations (including DOT record-keeping requirements).

You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time through the Account page in our app. Deletion requests are processed within 7 business days.

Upon deletion, your personal profile, login credentials, and uploaded documents will be permanently removed. Certain records may be retained as required by law or regulation.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, request deletion of your account and data, and opt out of non-essential communications.
